This product contains nicotine. If you are allergic to Nicotine, Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin or any combination of inhalants, if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you have a heart condition, diabetes, high blood pressure or asthma, consult your physician before using any Enigma E-Liquid products. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience nicotine misuse symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, weakness and rapid heartbeat. Our products do not treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, physical ailment, or condition. Keep out of the reach of children and pets as ingestion of certain pieces can present a choking hazard. Bottles or droppers used to contain our liquid are made of glass and are breakable, which can cut and cause laceration and/or bleeding. Nicotine can be toxic if inhaled or ingested in large doses, and may cause irritation to eyes and skin if exposed. Wash immediately with soap and water upon contact. Nicotine is highly addictive and habit forming. Enigma E-liquid products are not marketed for use as a smoking cessation product. Just like traditional tobacco cigarettes, Enigma E-liquid products are not approved by the American FDA. EnigmaEliquid.com makes every effort to keep the web site up and running smoothly. However, EnigmaEliquid.com takes no responsibility for the web site being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Applicable Law: By visiting EnigmaEliquid.com, you agree that the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and EnigmaEliquid.com or its affiliates.

Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to EnigmaEliquid.com or to products you purchase through EnigmaEliquid.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Minnesota, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Enigma E-liquid’s intellectual property rights, EnigmaEliquid.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Minnesota, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Return Policy

Here at Enigma E-Liquid, we make it our mission to ensure that every bottle is consistent in quality as well as packaged and shipped to arrive in excellent condition.  Our flavors are stored in glass bottles with droppers to ensure that the flavors stay true over time.  But because of this, breakage and spillage could occur during shipping.

We do not accept returns/refunds for damaged bottles during shipping.  Once they leave the facility, they become the responsibility of USPS.

We do not accept returns/refunds if the flavor is not to your liking.  Taste is subjective, please read reviews about our juice or buy a smaller amount before you buy a larger quantity.  Sometimes the e-liquid will achieve a more distinctive flavor after a few days. This process is known as “steeping” and is perfectly normal.

Your tracking number for the shipment should arrive within 1 – 2 days after the order is placed.  Questions about your shipment after processing should be sent to USPS using your tracking number.
